Many of our team members are business owners themselves, having built and led successful ventures for over 20 years in competitive markets like New York City and across the globe. Their experience spans industries including finance, commerce, healthcare, government, retail, logistics, and technology..

Founder and CEO
Divina C. DeLeon is the Founder and CEO of Agile Vanguard, a global consulting firm specializing in business transformation, organizational strategy, and government contracting. With over 20 years of combined military and civilian leadership experience, she leads with a mission-driven mindset and a deep commitment to operational excellence.
Divina’s career began with a distinguished tenure in the U.S. Navy, where she led complex engineering and technology programs. She played a pivotal role in the integration of the Dual Band Radar (DBR) and Ship Self Defense Systems (SSDS) aboard the USS Ford—one of the Navy’s most advanced vessels. The project involved collaboration with major defense contractors, testing at NASA’s Wallops Island facility, and high-level demonstrations to U.S. government and executive leadership, including White House-level stakeholders. This formative experience inspired her passion for project leadership and transformation.
Following her military service, Divina entered the corporate sector as a Senior Scrum Master and quickly advanced into the role of a transformational Agile Coach, leading enterprise-level change at both high-growth firms and Fortune 500 companies such as UnitedHealth Group and Prudential Financial. She has also led business transformation initiatives at Collective Health and in a highly impactful role at one of the nation’s most trusted financial infrastructure providers across the U.S. banking system. Additional experience includes work with CNA Financial, Fashionphile, and other organizations across diverse industries.
In addition to her corporate career, Divina studied Biomedical Engineering/Pre-Med at Hofstra University, and served as a licensed EMT in New York State, volunteering on the front lines during the COVID-19 pandemic to serve her community.
What distinguishes Divina is her leadership ethos—shaped by the discipline and camaraderie of military service and refined through civilian sector strategy. She leads Agile Vanguard with a focus on operational integrity, partnership, and long-term value. Every client engagement is treated with the same diligence and dedication as her own enterprise. This people-centered, results-driven philosophy has become a key driver in the company’s rapid growth and reputation for excellence.
Divina is currently leading an enterprise transformation as a Transformation Agile Coach, while also spearheading Agile Vanguard’s expansion into global government contracting—building a new division to deliver mission-critical services and supplies to agencies and partners worldwide.
