Return and Refund Policy

At Agile Vanguard, our goal is to provide exceptional service and clear value to every client. Due to the nature of our work—consulting, coaching, and strategic services—all sales are considered final once services have commenced.

Refund Eligibility

Discovery Sessions: Free and non-refundable.
Prepaid Services: If you cancel a prepaid service before work begins, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, minus any processing fees.
Service Packages: Refunds will not be issued for any service package once initial work, planning, or consultations have started.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a scheduled session up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Missed or late-canceled sessions may be forfeited or rescheduled at our discretion.
For multi-session or monthly retainers, cancellation must be submitted in writing at least 5 business days before the next billing cycle.

Custom Engagements

For customized consulting, government support services, or transformation packages, refunds are not available once the statement of work is approved and execution has begun.
